General product information

We offer a wide variety of customisable, full-colour quality printed products at the best prices.

You'll find office products from business cards to letterhead; marketing material such as promo cards, table tent calendars and brochures; and products for personal use such as invitations, announcements and greeting cards. As a registered customer you have access to 80,000 designer templates, from TemplateCloud (the world's largest collection of templates) at small cost and you can personalise your designs with over 25 million, hi-res royalty-free photos from Fotolia (by Adobe).

General design information

Make sure your design has correct size and photos are high resolution

• We accept print-ready PDF
• Bleed is 3mm on each side (NO CROP or REGISTRATION MARKS needed)
• Photographs are 300 dpi CMYK (NO RGB)
• Printers use a 4 colour ink process (CMYK) not screen colours (RGB)
• PANTONE Spot Colours will be converted to CMYK in preflight check
• Text should be no less than 8pt, lines no thinner than 0.5pt

Account

  • How do I register?
    Click on Sign Up on the top menu.
    Fill in the required fields (with an asterisk). Make sure you entered correct information.
    Click on the Register button.

  • How do I sign in?
    Click on Log In on the top menu.
    Enter your Username and Password.
    Click on the Sign me in button.

  • What do I do if I forget my username or password?
    Click on Sign in on the top menu.
    Then click on the Forgotten your username or password? link under the Sign me in button.
    Enter your email address and click on Send new password button.
    Check your inbox immediately. If you don't receive it in your inbox check your spam or junk folder and add our email to your safe address list.
    Follow the steps to change your new password.

Ordering

  • How do I place an order online?
    Once you have logged into our online ordering system, you have the options to start a new quote by selecting from common products or customise your quote to meet your print requirements.

  • How much do printing products cost?
    That depends on which paper option, size, quantity and extra finishing you've chosen.
    You can find out our pricing online once logged in.
    However, if you need a hard copy price list, please Click on contact us.

Delivery

  • My order arrived but it's not at all what I expected. What can I do?
    Oh no, we're sorry to hear that.
    Fill in the required fields (with an asterisk). Make sure you entered correct information.
    Contact us and tell us the order number and what the problem is. If we can fix it, we will.

  • My order has arrived damaged
    We're very sorry to hear about this - please contact us and we'll sort it out.

  • My order has arrived, but something's missing. Where are my missing prints?
    In some circumstances, we may have shipped items from your order separately.
    Please contact us and we'll get it sorted out as soon as possible.

  • What happens to my delivery if I'm not at home?
    We cannot leave your package at the door.
    Your local delivery agent will require a signature. If you work during the day, it's best to have your order delivered to your work address.

  • I want to place a large order and have different packs delivered to different places.
    Your one point delivery is always free. For multiple delivery addresses, we have to pay shipping for every separate delivery, so contact us to discuss your delivery needs.

  • What's the cost of freight?
    We include delivery to one metro location anywhere in Australia with every catalogue order. However, if your job needs to be delivered with a quicker turnaround time, to multiple locations or something out of the ordinary then additional charges may apply.

Payment

  • How can I pay for my print job?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for direct payments.
    Fill in the required fields (with an asterisk). Make sure you entered correct information.
    Your payment confirmation will be sent to you once the payment is approved.

  • Is my payment secure?
    Yes. We take security extremely seriously, and use the most up-to-date security systems for handling online payments. We never store your credit card information on any of our computers.
